Consultation and Strategy

Everyone needs a sounding board from time to time. In addition to regular participation in the “Side Bar” meetings, we are happy to brain storm a situation you may have. Also, given our experience with foreign nationals, and international matters, many times a quick phone call can resolve important questions.

So, a quick phone call is often all that is needed to get an idea or fix a small problem before it gets larger.

There is no charge for this service.

Extended services, second chair, or additional assistance would be fee based and we can discuss that as the need arrises.

State Bar Issues/License Issues

Dealing with the State Bar should not be a traumatic experience, but it is. From the first contact with the State Bar you should NOT attempt to reply alone. Pick up the phone and give us a call. No charge (see above).

Every year the State Bar refers over 1,000 attorneys to the Supreme Court for disbarment or discipline. Your ability to make a living and support your family is at stake. You cannot igore them and hope they go away – they won’t and it only gets worse.

If you decide to resign, and want to work towards a future reinstatement, you will need to plan your return BEFORE you resign, as you will most certainly see a vigourous opposition based on blowing anything possible out of proportion, misrepresntation, and unfair hyperbole.
